JOSHUA DUANE H. Neece
Of Counsel
Mr. Neece received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2019. He thereafter built a diverse practice including criminal defense, family law, real estate, and consumer litigation. His appellate experience includes briefing and oral argument in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as well as in state appellate courts.
His practice also includes civil rights, employment, Texas Tort Claims Act, municipal, civil service, and personal injury litigation. He is a Certified Mediator under the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures Act, Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code §154.052.
