TOM LOCKHART

Mr. Lockhart is a 1974 graduate of Texas Tech Law School. He joined Adams & Graham, L.L.P. in 1979 after four years of litigation practice with the Gibson Ochsner law firm in Amarillo, Texas. He has been admitted to practice before all Texas State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
His litigation practice focused upon defense of professionals and insurance companies as well as death and catastrophic personal injury claims arising out of product, construction, environmental, and civil rights litigation.
