This includes drafting legal documents such as pleadings, conducting legal research and investigations, representing clients in court, providing them with legal advice and consultation, and managing caseloads and files.

Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Acrobat, legal drafting, legal research, LexisNexis, litigation, Microsoft Outlook, personal
injury law, research, fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
